How to use
Clean and dry the painful area thoroughly.
Remove the protective film from the patch.
Place the patch directly on the painful area.
Press lightly so that the patch adheres properly to the skin.
Use up to twice a day as needed.
One patch is effective for 8–12 hours.
Remove carefully after use.
